As a mom with a toddler I felt like I barely had time to take a shower.

Let alone take a freaking bath.

Self-care for a SAHM?

It sounded out of reach.

But the fact is, I was burnt out, and something needed to change.

Do you feel like:

  • You never have alone time

  • You are unorganized and behind on your day

  • Your needs are getting put on the back burner

  • You are taking care of everyone else but yourself

I was last on the list.

I put my families needs above my own.

I felt some sort of badge of honor when I self-sacrificed for the sake of my family.

I made sure they were thriving while I was silently suffering.

But it caught up to me.

I was exhausted, overwhelmed, and over it.

How I Fixed It

It didn’t start with a 10-step skincare routine or an elaborate spa day.

I woke up before my baby and drank my coffee alone on the front porch.

It was a simple start to the day but it was all about me for those 15 minutes.

Without knowing it – I had just started my own self-care practice.

Slowly yet surely I realized the importance of taking time for myself.

To do things that interest me, to pursue my own hobbies, and set goals for myself.

I was lost in motherhood and I had to find out who I was outside of it.

You can get there too.

If you’re feeling lost, overwhelmed, or depleted as a mom - this is your sign.

It’s time to take care of yourself.

I made my digital  planner for busy moms that need a realistic roadmap for starting a self-care practice.

If you’re ready to start prioritizing yourself again – I’m going to help you get there.

I’m here to remind you that you are worth it.

You deserve this. It’s your turn, mama.
